Want authentic New York-style pizza? Dado's Pizza opens today (Friday 11/18) and they even bought a special machine to duplicate NYC water's high mineral content which causes the dough to ferment in a unique way.
The local owners also learned their pizza-making craft at the original Dado's in Harlem.
Located at 10942 N. May in the Quail Plaza shopping center, you can order a NY slice or whole pie. Also, mozz sticks, garlic knots, wings, and salads.
Hours are Sun-Thu 11 AM to 10 PM and Fri & Sat 11 AM to 11 PM.
Dine-in or carry out; delivery will be added in the near future as will additional locations.
