Large mixed-use project planned for just north of Auto Alley

After being on hold for a few years, plans are moving forward for The Hub at NW 13th & Broadway.

New drawings have been submitted to the Downtown Design Review Committee that show a 7-story bank building to host Core Bank and will include a drive-thru on the ground floor underneath the main structure.


4- and 5-story apartment buildings will wrap around the existing Garage Lofts building and include a pool, dog park and pickleball court.


The property is directly across Broadway from another proposed large mixed-use project on vacant land that is currently under contract from the owner, Dolese. Dolese recently moved to a new headquarters building in The Half development near Broadway Extension and Britton Road.


Combined, the two new developments will bring much more density to lots that have been largely vacant for decades.


Both are north of Automobile Alley but close to the streetcar route and other recent developments such as the repurposed Mercedes Benz dealership and the new Oklahoma Contemporary.


RBA Architects is handling the design work for The Hub.
